Administrative Module for Groups

The Master Console user is the organizational administrator that sets up accounts, oversees usage, provides orientation & training, and is financially responsible for all accounts within a group plan with sub-accounts.

While Master Console oversight gives each individual user autonomous freedom and control of the messaging service, it brings the economies of scale with management tools under one managing and accounting authority.

Each sub-account has the same account number as the master account, as well as a 1 - 3 digit "department" identifier number. Sub-accounts have:





  • List uploading
  • List management and editing
  • Creation and scheduling of messages
  • Broadcast of messages
  • Password security
  • Total web administration for lists and messages
  • Priority Calling for immediate delivery on a 24 hour basis
  • Replay Messaging option to hear detail messages again
  • Digit Response captures a response from the called party
  • Detailed reporting with complete disposition of every call, including how delivered, when delivered, and the called parties response. If the message could not be delivered, then why not delivered.

The Master Console Administrator oversees all sub-accounts and can act on behalf of any sub-account:

  • Account set-up & changes
  • List editing
  • Launch voice messages
  • Review reports online
  • Add or change sub-account "owners"
  • Change passwords, security and log-on information
  • All list management and reporting features
  • Monitor all resources used by all sub-accounts
  • Train, set-up and oversee new users
  • Interpret reports

The Master Console is a web-base application used in conjunction with other Notification Server accounts such as FastPhone and Emergency Hosting accounts or Outsourced Accounts.

Notification Server's FastPhone plan is for routine messaging and has no monthly fee or minimums. It coexists with Emergency Hosting and is the basis for cost-per-call and outlines all features.  Much like Emergency Hosting, a Priority Calling feature is offered with our standard FastPhone plan.

Notification Server's Emergency Hosting service special level of emergency messaging that supports a very high level of reliability as well as an emergency protocol for immediate with a high confidence of deliverability using a protocol to best serve its mission.
